I'm lovin it!


Wanna know what I learned today?

Well, besides the proper use of circumstantial character evidence in a criminal case, I learned that the Egg McMuffin and Sausage Burrito from McDonald's are only 300 calories!!!

So, let's add that to my list of pre-approved fast food (VERY important for my busy-as-heck lifestyle)!

Woot!

P.S. I don't like the cheese slices McDonald's uses, so that makes it even fewer calories!

  1. I always get it without the bacon and have them add a slice of tomato. It is amazingly delicious and taking the bacon out cuts a lot of the calories.

  2. Mom has told me in the past that she keeps Canadian bacon on hand for her breakfasts at home because it's 1) almost always bought pre-cooked and 2) a VERY lean version of bacon.

    I looked it up today and found that McDonald's CB is only 20 calories! It's got 230 mg of sodium however, and only gives 3 grams of protein, but it isn't nearly has bad as I thought.

    Do you still do the vegetarian thing?

  3. No, I'm not really vegetarian, but if I'm cooking for myself I usually never use meat, so I will go days without it. I'm not really a big meat fan...I still don't eat red meat or pork.
